An experienced Real Estate Broker holding a current Fidelity Fund Certificate would be foolish not to do so.

The deed is far further than that. Not only must an Estate Agent personally carry a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate, but so must the Agency Company, all participating directors, and anyone canvassing for business or promoting immovable property. If an Agency or any of its property agents sawbridgeworth or staff does not have a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate, then no one working for that Agency is eligible to receive a commission.

While failing to comply with standards constitutes behaviour deserving of sanction, which may result in the Estate Agent's licence to operate being terminated, if the Estate Agent is operating with a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
